By purchasing the services of Esplendido Cigars as a Client, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, including those terms and conditions incorporated by reference. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions stated here without modification, you may not use the services provided by Esplendido Cigars. Esplendido Cigars may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

All prices and other terms and conditions are subject to change until the order is confirmed by Esplendidocigars.com

Payment

All prices listed on EsplendidoCigars.com are in US Dollars. The minimum amount of the shopping basket is 35.00 USD per order. All orders are subject to confirmation by Esplendidocigars.com. Esplendidocigars.com reserves the right to limit order quantities for a given product.

If you pay by credit card, you will be required to provide a valid credit card number and your credit card billing address when you register as a Client. Esplendido Cigars will email the client a receipt for the transactions in which Client is involved.

In case an ordered product is not available at the time of delivery, Esplendidocigars.com will inform you accordingly. Esplendidocigars.com reserves the right to check the customer's creditworthiness. By placing an order, the customer agrees that such a check may be carried out.

Delivery of Ordered Product

Delivery time is mentioned on our Info page. The customer becomes responsible for delivered products, even if delivery has been made at the alternative delivery point.

Client Security

Esplendido Cigars will take appropriate steps to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of the information you provide us. Whenever you give Esplendido Cigars sensitive information, Esplendido Cigars will take reasonable steps to establish a secure connection with your web browser. Credit card numbers are used only for payment processing. When you register as a Client, you will receive a username and password in order to view the logo design samples. You shall keep your username and password confidential and shall use solely in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Refund Policy

Esplendidocigars.com may cancel an order if the customer is not creditworthy or if he/she has one or several outstanding invoices at EsplendidoCigars.com. If the client is entitled to a reimbursement due to damaged shipment or a lost package made by the private courier, the amount will be credited to his or her customer account, to be used for the next order at Esplendidocigars.com

The client may request direct reimbursement to credit card or bank/post account if justified.

Termination

Esplendido Cigars reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate Client’s access to all or a portion of the Service, at any time, with or without notice. In the event of such termination, Esplendido Cigars will work with Client to determine the amount of any refund (if any) to be paid to Client as a result of such termination. Should Client’s use of the Service result from Client’s material breach of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Client shall not be entitled to any refund, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Operation of Web Site

Esplendido Cigars shall not be responsible for any delays, interruptions, errors, omissions the may occur on the Web Site. Esplendido Cigars reserves the right, but shall not be required, to correct any delays, interruptions, errors or omissions. Various circumstances may prevent or delay availability of the Web Site, therefore, Esplendido Cigars makes no representation, warranty or covenant that the Web Site or Service will be available at all times or at any time. Esplendido Cigars shall not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage or liability that may result.
