An exquisite cigar, the Fonseca Cuban cigars are the only
Cuban cigar brand
that has its cigars wrapped in extremely delicate, semi-transparent paper. It
is believed that wrapping the cigars will help maintain an optimal level of
humidity in the cigar box. The wrapper also protects the cigars from becoming
damaged.
Featuring five, hand rolled sizes, Fonseca Cuban cigars exhibit
a rich but mild flavour and are highly recommended for beginners looking to
exercise there palate with a Cuban cigar.
Fonseca Cuban cigars became renowned and cherished for the
quality and appearance of its cigars. Although for most of the 20th century
they were manufactured in several different Havana factories, they are now produced
in Quivicán, a small town in the province of Havana.
