The oldest Havana cigar brand still in production, Por Larranaga Cuban cigars
were introduced in 1834. Though are not widely available, they are a superior
quality cigar with a medium- to full-bodied flavour.
Smartly dressed in reddish oily wrappers, Por Larranaga Cuban cigars
have just one handmade model and a few machine-assisted styles. Por Larranga
cigars generally have a caramel sweetness and subtle aromatic flavors.
The Por Larranga cigar is mentioned in Rudyard Kipling's poem The Betrothed.
